    Class Requirements:

    • Leggings or workout pants
      • To reduce any scrapes when stretching or doing any floor work
    • Sneakers
    • Hair pulled back out of face. In bun if long enough.
    • Please make sure child brings water / something to drink
    • Form fitting top (no baggy t-shirts)
